Wanted to see Cardiff popular places and this apartment was comfortable base for exploring most of them. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and toiletries were provided.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It was a bonus to have a kitchen equipped with all the essentials. I had a fantastic stay at Thompson Apartments By Switchback Stays. The location was excellent, with convenient free parking right outside. The communication from the hosts was exceptional, providing all the necessary information through texts and emails. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The WiFi and TV were of great quality. The views from the balcony were amazing, and the decor was nice. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Although there were some minor issues like missing amenities and a soft bed, they were easily fixable and did not significantly affect my stay. Despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely stay here again.
